Annual Sports Meet

The Annual Sports meet of Besant English School was held on Nov. 23 , 2018, in Police Parade ground . The meet coommenced with an invocation. The chief guest of the day was Mr. Steven M.P. Dias, superintendent of central excise, customs and central tax Mangaluru and the National medalist in athletics,  inaugurated the meet by lighting the lamp. The chief guest addressed the students and explained the importance of the sports.The vice president of Womens National Education Society Sri. Manel Annappa Nayak, The Secretary of Womens national Education Society and the correspondent of Besant Womens College Sri. K. Devanand Pai ,the coorespondent of our school Sri. Sathish Kumar Bhat,  management member Sri. Ganesh Bhat, principal of Besant National Pre - University College Dr. Roop Singh Nayak. G., president of Parent Teacher Association Sri. Devi Prasad Shetty  and the Head Mistress of our school Smt. Shanthi Lobo  were present . Teacher Neetha  proposed a vote  of thanks , teacher Swathi was the M. C.
