International Drug Awareness Day 2025

On June 26th , Besant English School observed  International day against drug abuse and illicit  trafficking . A special program was held in the school auditorium. The health  inspector, Mr. Ganesh was invited as the chief guest.He gave an informative talk on drug abuse, its harmful effects and ways to avoid addiction , He also spoke about the spread and prevention of malaria and dengue , especially during the rainy season. Students were advised to keep their surroundings clean. Mr.Ganesh warned about the dangers of using illegal drugs and encouraged  students to live a healthy and drug free life. The session ended with a pledge by students to stay away from drugs and help spread awareness.
