MANOMITRAM 2025

A mental health awareness program for teachers titled “MANOMITRAM” - Enhancing students well being was organized on  27th October , 2025 at 2.00pm in the Besant English School . The event was jointly conducted by Lion club Mangalore ,Balmatta  and Sanmathi charitable trust , Mangalore.

The program was inaugurated by Lion Avil D’souza president of Lion club mangalore and presided  over by Dr. Arjun Nayak M corresspondent of Besant English School.The resource person, Lion Dr Rameela Shekar, a mental health professional from Manashanthi, delivered  an insightful session on teachers role in promoting students emotional well being and creating a supportive school environment.

The session was highly informative and emphasized the  importance of teachers’ mental health awareness and nurturing happy and balanced students.
