Small Wonder Show 2025-26

A vibrant and joyful Talent Discovery Competition for children was organized at Besant English Medium School on February 14. The competition was conducted for children between the ages of 2 and 6 years. The event aimed to encourage young talents and build confidence among the little participants. The program was inaugurated by Sonali Suresh Mallya, Advisor of Besant English Medium School and member of the Women’s National Education Society, by lighting the ceremonial lamp. The Principal, Manel Arjuna Nayak, and Headmistress, Lavina Alwert, were present on the occasion. Various competitions were organized for the children, including poem recitation, fancy dress, acting, and storytelling. The tiny participants displayed remarkable confidence and creativity, impressing the audience with their performances. Parents and teachers enthusiastically encouraged the children throughout the event. The closing ceremony was graced by distinguished guests including Manel Annappa Nayak, President of the Women’s National Education Society; Suresh F., Secretary; Satish Bhat, Advisor of Besant Pre-University College; alumni members Sonali Suresh Mallya, Hena Awasthi, Swatanjali Asina Ragi, and others. The dignitaries distributed prizes to the winners and appreciated the efforts of the children and teachers. The program began with a welcome speech by Sandhya. Moumi delivered the vote of thanks. The entire event was smoothly conducted by Teacher Shikha. The Talent Discovery Competition was a grand success, providing a wonderful platform for young children to showcase their talents and creativity.
